AFAWA Finance Series Forum

Our expertise was called upon to ensure the coordination of a forum bringing together the leaders of Congolese banks and microfinance institutions, as well as leading figures from the national financial and economic sector. This major event brought together the president of the Congolese Association of Banks, a representative of the governor of the Central Bank of Congo, the Minister of Gender, Family and Children, the Minister of Finance, donors and a selection of women entrepreneurs and business leaders. Our missions included organizing the inaugural conference, coordinating the training provided to bankers by the Frankfurt School of Business Management over the following two days, managing the VIP dinner and contract signing sessions, as well as supporting responsible for public relations and communication around the event. This large-scale project brought together major players in the Congolese financial sector and encouraged exchanges and collaboration. The training provided by the Frankfurt School of Business Management also helped strengthen the skills of the participating bankers.
